Flayler, Cal Pools' CEO, has been in the pool and spa industry
for over 25 years. He was born and raised in Northern California.
After extensive experience working in, and owning, businesses
in pool construction, repair, maintenance and supplies in California
and Hawaii - arguably the most intense pool markets in the US
- he relocated to Stevensville, Maryland in 1999 and started
Cal Pools.
He saw a great opportunity for a reliable pool service company
to serve the Howard, Anne Arundel, Queen Anne's, and Kent County
areas. Cal Pools has become one of the largest residential service
maintenance companies in the state of Maryland.
